About James Kirk
James is an experienced Personal Development, Mental Fitness & Media Coach delivering multi-level programmes globally
James brings over 20 years of experience across business development, coaching, and facilitation. Before founding Mindtality, he spent 7 years delivering behavioural-science-based workshops worldwide — virtually and in person — for FTSE100 and S&P100 companies. His journey began at Cambridge University, where he supported doctors with advanced communication skills training, and earlier he built a career managing high-value stakeholders across digital marketing, medical, fitness, and FMCG sectors.
Today, he combines this breadth of experience to deliver dynamic programmes that inspire, challenge, and transform — equipping people with the mindset to succeed now and into the future.
His sessions are experiential, deeply engaging, and grounded, connecting with audiences on a deeper level due to an authentic, compassionate, and pragmatic approach.
